Limbaugh has spent months complaining that Democratic crossover voters decided the Republican nomination.

Did the Indiana Republicans crossover because el-Rushbo told them to? Or is this just a predictably occurring phenomenon that he's taking credit for?

I've been wondering about those GOP voters. The same thing happened in PA. It could be that Republicans just stayed home and only the disaffected ones came out to go for Huckabee and Paul. But NC had a competitive primary race for Governor so Republicans should have come out in force. If McCain is having this much difficulty consolidating his party, he's in big trouble.

Here's another loser: John McCain only got 77% of the Republican vote in Indiana.

McCain only got 73% of the Republican vote in North Carolina.

And Alan Keyes got fewer votes than "No Preference" in NC.

OMG!!

He doesn't have enough influence with his own party to determine the Republican nominee!!

I'd love to see a follow-up on how much he supposedly moved the vote once there's been time to crunch the actual numbers and not depend on speculation. In what looks to be a very thin margin of victory, I speculate the crucial demographic that gave Clinton her win were the drinkers of Crown Royal whiskey. They just didn't want to admit their leanings to the exit pollers!
