This is just one poll. Other polls show Obama with a lead. The average at http://www.pollster.com/08-US-Dem-Pres-Primary.php has Obama with the consensus lead but in a virtual tie.

I think the new polls reflect whom the voters are voting AGAINST, and anyone who thinks that issues matter at all any more is naive. Democrats are now having buyers' remorse concerning their earlier infatuation with Obama---it's a volatile electorate and the rubbish the NYT & MSM are trying to float about Rev. Wright's not being a factor is tendentious agitprop. Why did Obama stay with this clown for 20 years after even Oprah saw through him in a few years at his church? And it's now evident that the MSM has not been investigating leads that might turn over a few rocks in Obama's past, or even present.

The message here is that snake oil sells. One would think the opportunities to learn the dangers of being conned had been abundant to the point of overflowing over the past several years, and yet the apparent effectiveness of the Hillary strategy shows us just how much some people are able to resist even the simplest of lessons. I don't mind so much that the folks who vote for fools and sociopaths get the govt. they deserve, but it's a real drag when those of us who see through the sham also have to suffer the results.
