		<description>There have bee some groups trying to bring this to he attention of the public for years and failing.&lt;br&gt;The people involved often   put making points in the course of their careers way above any consideration for quaint notions like justive.  The number of convictions counts.  The number of just trials does not.  The failure to get a conviction is a demerit, despite what the evidence supports.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Getting a conviction, by any means,  is just an easy way to being able to boast about the number of &#039;solved&#039; cases.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It&#039;s moral corruption at  its worst.</description>
