I'm as big an Obama supporter as there is. And I think he's handled the Wright issue as well as anybody could. He's done so with remarkable dignity and honesty. But he's also thought about the politics of it too. If he weren't running for President, he wouldn't have issued these statements. But then again, if he weren't running for President, nobody would have broadcast those sermons. So I don't hold the question regarding whether or not Obama thought of the "politics" over "genuine outrage" as all that important. I think it was both, honestly.
