This post is exactly right. No matter what happens in Iraq, there is always some reason, apparently, why we should stay.

The awful thing is that while we are kept in Iraq by fear of consequences,, consequensces are actually more dire in Afhanistan/Pakistan. We're not even talking about that, even though alQaeda is said to be growing there and planning more attacks.
