		<description>Paul,&lt;br&gt;I think Pattersn is wrong and you are right in analyzing the cost of public financing.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Politics in NY state is too mired in  politics to be able to get this done, even if Patterson felt differently.  It has a history of shooitng itself in the foot.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Perhaps another state will take the lead?</description>
