		<description>At my local Costco, the matzah and gefilte fish arrived with the hamentaschen in early March, but disappeared roughly around Easter (which coincides with Pesach, except in leap years such as this year, when a leap month is added).  By the time Pesach rolled around the matzah was long gone (and not because it sold out). &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A leap year effect??</description>
