Here's a bit more of a fuller statement from the Good Morning America web site. It seems quite clear to me that it's in retaliation for an attack against Israel. "I want the Iranians to know that if I'm the president, we will attack Iran. That's what we will do. A lot of people around the globe consider our CIA to be a terrorist organization, so what's the point?
