		<description>The minute I read &#039;surrender&#039;  (or victory&#039; or some such slogan)  I turn the page.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It&#039;s  been clear for some time that  these words are all subject to varying and ever changing definitions.  More often than not, these words are just used  to sell a  preferred strategy position.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Naturally then ,when  Meese  said  &#039;surrender&#039;, I immediately gave up on trying to find a reasonable rationale for whatever his opinion might be.</description>
