		<description>Sweden&#039;s (and others&#039;)  progressive stand notwithstanding, the only way nonproliferation will become a  vital movement is if the US takes a leading role.&lt;br&gt;Since that would mean  reducing its own nuclear arsenal, I don&#039;t see that happening. in the current  aggressve atmosphere.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The US still functions on the illusion that it can maintain indefinitely  it&#039;s &#039;do as I say, not as I do&#039; stance.</description>
