  1. Sounds like the Chinese government is having a major mental breakdown. Or else they’re too young to remember how it was under Mao and how well that worked out.

    I suppose the press can learn to lie there just like they do here, only about different things. FOX could probably give them a few pointers.

  2. Just looked it up. The U.S. has 90,000 journalists (using the term capriciously) for 300+ million people. China has 250,000 journalists for 1.3 billion people. Maybe that’s our problem.

  3. Are all of ours actual journalists? WE have “bloggers” now that are called journalists too. Same in China?
