  1. Gay sex had been effectively legalised in 2009 when the Delhi High Court ruled that a section of the penal code prohibiting “carnal intercourse against the order of nature”

    Is that all the law says to prohibit homosexuality? That assumes the intercourse engaged in by two people is against the order of nature. Yet hundreds of species of animals are known to engage in homosexual activity. That’s hardly against “the order of nature”.
