		<description>If the Chinese were really concerned about heads of state getting a little wet at the opening ceremonies then the Chinese would encourage the heads of state to stay home.  The rest of the world already is.  :)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Cute piece.  I can see it now.... to continue the tongue in cheek... China launches rockets in Beijing to stop the rain.  But Bush convinced he&#039;s under attack, gives the order to launch missiles from his great defense shield to shoot down those Chinese rockets flying in the no-fly zone around Beijing.  Thus Bush starts a war with China though he (along with other world leaders) are killed in the opening ceremonies either by friendly fire (US missiles) or by Chinese rockets.  No one knows for sure and the Chinese aren&#039;t talking because we&#039;re now mortal enemies...</description>
