firstly, obama did not support saddam as you well know ; he simply expressed a doubt perceived by a majority of people on this planet
*removing saddam hussein was not solving bin laden pb
*would only get our records worse with the arab world
-was not helping in solving the israel-PLO pb
*was not going to solve afghanistan
etc etc
we end up with alqaeda in iraq and afghanistan , with our country a trillion in debt our military overstretched having to beg the french to send in some troops…

Obama has the best voice, gives the best speeches — but has the worst big gov't voting record and supporting Saddam rather than American led regime change is terrible.

In the meantime, in this particular statement, Powell used up a considerable number of words to say he likes all three candidates and is endorsing no one, as of now..
Any conlcusions drawn from that are strictly a matter of reading one's personal tarot deck.
