Dear Mr. Mullen,
Just a few questions, who was directly in charge of the Bureau of Consular Affairs at the time of the passport snooping? Is that person known to be particularly political? Who was the Under Secretary of State for Management at that time? Is that person known to be particularly political?
Why would Bush want to snoop on McCain’s passport file after he already endorsed him?
