Perhaps if Dr. Dean gives Florida a mulligan that will also put some more time on the clock for the Clinton campaign as well.

By a mulligan I assume you mean a new primary election right?

I doubt the state of Florida is going to be willing to pay for a do over election. Unless of course the Florida GOP thinks it will help the chances for McCain.
