A tie will give Obama more delegates.<br>2) Turnout in Houston, DFW and Austin is already through the roof, including in wealthy white suburban counties like Collin and Denton. Early voting numbers in these Obama strongholds has been amazing. South Texas Latino turnout is probably high too, but not enough to offset Obama's gains elsewhere..<br>3) The caucus will give Obama more delegates. Hillary's people seem to have just discovered how to play hardball with caucus rules. Unfortunately for her, this leaked document will convince Obama precinct captains to get to caucus sights EVEN EARLIER in order to control the rules. Clinton has three to worry about in this poll:
