   All is not lost for Hillary Clinton. Faster than a fleeing felon! More powerful than the voting public! Able to heap the tallest vote totals with a single word!

   If she needs to, she'll try to have the supers possess more than the equivalent of merely one vote by the voters. If she's short of a vote (delegate) total of ten, she'll want each super's vote to have the weight of 11-20 or more.
