DLS: my point on Hillary and Denver is that Bush lost the popular vote in 2000, but FL (and those right-activist judges) put him in power. For Hillary- the popular vote equates to the delegates in Denver, with the DNC stepping in to crown her.

DLS: on your other comments: LOL, thanks!

"the length of the campaign ... But then she is still going to be traveling with Hillary."

She originally took the position for the entire campaign, i.e., through November.

Doesn't it strike HIllary that SHE may be the problem? We all knew going into this that Hillary was polarizing and upwards to half the voters would not vote for her. Now that Obama is seen as a viable and electable candidate, people are more than happy to vote for him (and even enthusiastically support him) rather than feel they have to vote for Hillary just to keep the Reps. out of office.

On top of that Obama offers a clean and fresh contrast to Hillary. I think voters are beginning to see how much Hillary is like Bush (on tactics only, Hillary and Bush are different in many ways when it comes to issues/policy). By that I mean that the Bushes/Clintons have been in the WH for the last couple of decades and their tactic have evolved together. For instance, both are very secretive (where are Hillary's papers from her time as First Lady?), both are willing to use polarizing and divisive politics for their own political gain (though Hillary is more subtle about it) and both say one thing but will do whatever they please (I'm thinking of Hillary's Iran Revolutionary Guard vote here- even though she claims to be against Bush's warmongering policies she still supports them).

And she'll be exactly like Bush in tactics if, going into the Denver convention in August, Obama has the most delegates but Hillary convinces the DNC to seat the the FL delegates (and/or use her/Bill's power to twist enough super delegates to support her) to put her over the top (for the nomination), both of which she is trying to do.

I think Americans are tired of the same old politics and Obama represents a fresh start after decades of Bush/Clinton rule.

"Solis Doyle said she was stepping down for personal reasons. “This has already been the longest presidential campaign in the history of our nation, and one that has required enormous sacrifices from all of us and our families,”'

Let me get this straight. Solis Doyle says because of the length of the campaign she's hard to make enormous sacrifices and she's stepping down from her position as campaign manager. But then she is still going to be traveling with Hillary... Doesn't seem to solve any personal reasons she may have. But yeah, whatever.

This is a sure sign she is SCARED and her coronation is NOT going as well as the plan she laid out!

Nonetheless, it's a SMART move for traction.

http://OsiSpeaks.com or http://OsiSpeaks.org
