		<description>What comparative piece of empire would anyone suggest the US give up to indicate its decline?  Guam, the American Virgin Islands or maybe Alaska.  Since the US Navy still represents over 70% of the tonnage of naval warcraft in the world I doubt rather seriously that even electing Ron Paul would make much of a difference in US power for generations.</description>
