A completely normal human reaction when under great stress is to get a bit teary eyed when someone expresses love or support for you in the stressful moment. Both of these events fall under this category: its more stressful the day before an important make or break primary after weeks of no sleep; someone says something supportive; a moist eye results. Normal human behavior all the way.

"If the Democratic race heading into Super Tuesday is high drama, the Republican race is comic soap opera."

I guess this is what the pundits of the left consider "high drama" instead of "soap opera"?

This was predictable & perhaps scripted, given the devious manipulative Clinton Inc patterns in the past. It worked before N.H., why shouldn't it work again?

Clinton's last teary moment on the trail occurred after an undecided voter asked how she was holding up. The moment instantly became the most-covered event on the campaign trail on the day before the critical New Hampshire primary, drawing both praise from some who said Clinton had finally bared her true self to voters.

A true moment or a calculated display of emotion?

http://www.youpolls.com/details.asp?pid=1694

.
