After the tactics that the Clintons (note that I've pluralized the name) have used against the Obama campaign, I highly doubt that the senator from Illinois will sit on a presidential ticket with Hillary. Obama can run for president again in four/eight years if Clinton gets the nomination.

This video is indeed moving. I think that we will see a large surge of “Obamacans” should Barack get the Democratic nomination.

Oh, and Joe – I truly believe that we will see a McCain/Huckabee ticket on the GOP side of the aisle. Giuliani isn't conservative enough to rally the base, Condoleeza Rice is permanently tied to the Bush administration and Mitt Romney is… well… Mit Romney. Plus, McCain/Huckabee will look good on a poster/bumper sticker/t-shirt/yard sign.

Given how bitter this campaign is getting (see our latest post above this on the smelly tactic known as push polling now appearing in CA) it may be the only way she can truly unite the Democratic party. I would be a pretty potent — and historic — ticket. If you had to place a bet, you could figure that unless John McCain is derailed, the GOP could offer a McCain-Guiliani ticket, unless Giuliani has been so diminished by his poor campaign strategy that McCain picks someone else. (McCain Huckabee? McCain Romney? McCain Rice?) But Clinton-Obama would unite the Demmies (Obama noted in the debate that he would like the ticket the OTHER way around..)

I'll say it again, if Senator Clinton gets the nomination, she is insane not to have Senator Obama as her VP. He's started a movement. But here's hoping he gets the nod.
