What is he talking about? We certainly cannot have spending cuts every time there is a devasting storm or drought in this country. In case he hasn’t been paying attention to our climate trend…. expect more nasty weather.
Perhaps we should start a “storm tax” on some of the large oil companies, and huge corporations. Close some of those BIG loopholes.
The way things look climate-wise in our country, we had better come up with a way to get that money without taking it from those who already need it.
