As to the menu, it shows the elitism that belies any claim by the Dems to be in touch with the regular public. I also wonder if the Dems were jealous of counterparts elsewhere in the federal government and associated with the federal government, such as the FAA-related cafeteria I enjoyed for a few months in Washington.
