We (GOP) need a candidate that can beat the Dems. Theres only one reason Mitt Romney is not far and away the right man (his religion) we had better get over it quik before it's to late. Lets be honest McCains got baggage and seems frail, neither Huckabee or Guiliani have real strong conservative records. I think there all good candidates but we need the one thats got the background, the fortitude, the money, the vision to win.
Have you noticed how all the GOP candidates retoric mimicks Gov. Romneys past statements, come on lets get our act together.

I watched the last half hour of the debate. Thompson attacked Huckabee and called McCain his friend. Huckabee and Paul (minions or not) each got a fair amount of applause, but–to me–the audience seemed cool to McCain. Romney laughed at a joke when no else did. Giuliani continues to work the numbers nine and eleven into everything he says.
