Yes, I believe it's a tie. In more ways than one- Obama appeals to a different set of voters than Hillary, even if (broadly speaking) their positions are the same. One example: I prefer Obama because I think he can unite the country. Other people prefer Hillary because she can smack down the Republicans- she is polarizing.
Being citizens in this country isn't about "us" versus "them" as Bush would have us believe, but rather working together to find common goals and advance the cause of the country. This may sound naive, but the country has pulled together in the past around challenges. Furthermore, regardless of our beliefs, we should try to respect one another more- not a quality Bush instills in people.
