Huckabee or Thompson could win in SC. The South likes to nominate their own.

I think it will be key to see how McCain does in SC. It seems to me that too many Republican activists really dislike McCain and SC isn't a land of independents voting in the Republican race like NH. If he can only lose by a little in SC, and particularly if votes haven't converged on another choice, he could make it to Super Tuesday and come out of the other end with a nomination. We will see.
