		<description>Wait until February 5.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Clinton is now apparently going to concede South Carolina to Obama.  As recently as a few days ago, the common view was that Clinton would be the preferred choice of black South Carolinian Democrats, but Clinton is going to skip it and concentrate on the big states.  &quot;[South Carolina] is essentially a black primary,&quot; one of her team members reportedly said.  What group will she concede, or what group will defect to Obama, next?</description>
