Official story, not implausible, but no physical evidence released that I have seen–like those head X-rays. Claims of cover-up, not proven. Odds that full autopsy or release of X-rays would satisfy or quiet those claiming cover-up: zero.

The cable news is more concerned with the sensational that will draw in viewers to boost the bottom line.

Not only that, but this happened in Pakistan. How many times has someone tried to kill Musharraf already? Attacks on Bhutto (this was not the first!) were to be expected.

They’re not suppressing the news here; they view it as not as important as it is to you right next door to Pakistan. Many US citizens are ignorant of world affairs and prefer to be so, and even those of us who aren’t ignorant but are informed put this into its proper context.

Even if there were a civil war or revolution currently in Mexico (which would cause southwestern US citizens in particular to take notice, once the refugees began to arrive), it wouldn’t arrest our attention here.

It’s out of our hands! We have nothing to do with it in the first place.

At this moment Indian TV is showing that Pakistan is burning…why is the majority of American media playing down the reality in Pakistan.

Is it hoping against hope that if the American readers are not given any news…then they would believe that no news is good news!!!
