My favorite restaurant in the Loop and in STL metro is Riddle's. The owners still recognize me when they see me, and say hello. Riddle's is just east of the parking garage, and across the street from the municipal parking lot next to the Tivoli theater. Riddle's is just west of Subterranean Books. It's near the county-city boundary. I'm there at least once a month. Next visit is Jan 15.
