It&#039;s never out of season if the greeting card makers and everyone else who wants to commercialize everything has their way.  (What&#039;s next?  New holiday decorations for various times of the year!)

Happy commercialization-free holidays to all.  I was happy simply to zip up to Madison (hotbed home of real, live radicals) and play Santa mainly for a relative, but also for myself (even got a book by a lefty on the [liberally defined] radical right), and made it back to Iowa through the snowstorm (would have made the Postal Service proud).</description>
