It's that simple. He only started to clean up his act by voting with the Democrats because he knows he's vulnerable. Take a look at his <a href="http://progressivepunch.yvod.com/members.jsp?member=ORII&district=At%20large&issue=W0" rel="nofollow">voting record</a> regarding war and peace. He has voted with Bush's slimy war policies on almost every vote up until 2006. He voted to confirm Leslie Southwick, John Roberts, and Samuel Alito. And he voted to make Trent Lott minority whip. Outside of 2007, this guy has been just as bad and as much a rubber-stamp of Bush's harmful agenda as James Inhofe, John Coryn, and Mitch McConnell. He’s not a moderate. It’s that simple.
