Update
Me and Mom on my second birthday – 1948
A couple of days ago I shared what is going on in my life with my mother. My sister has been here for a few days to help me out but she must return to her life in Houston. We have arranged for a nurse to come in and give me a hand for 4 or 5 hours a day. It will keep mom out of a nursing home and perhaps keep me sane. At the same time time I realize that my family is fortunate to be able to afford this luxury.

Good luck (I mean that in a true way, not sarcastically). I hope that the nurse (or PCA) will be enough for you guys so that you will be able to handle things! Our prayers are still with you!
