Wow, so we've managed to punt them to a nation with nukes that we can't invade. Thinks just get better and better over there. How did we end up so cozy with this thug anyways?

There are so many posts about Pakistan presently,
that It strikes me as extremely odd, and revealing, that Presidential statements and blog debates are still suck on attacking Iran.

Pakistan is a country in actual (not peotential) possession of nuclear arms even as it spirals down idangerously close to internal collapse.

Rice, says 'pretty please, be nice' to Musharaff, and that's about it for US decisivess.
If you ask me, we are looking in the wrong direction for the beginning of Bush's WW3.

I don't want to downplay the danger Iran presents, but relatively speaking, you'd think that the focus would be on where the threat is more imminent.
I'm beginning to wonder if all the tough talk on Iran is not meant to keep attention away from areas whete the US is even more helpless and ineffective.

Bin Laden similing, i thought he had been similing ever since bush let him go at tora bora, where he safely escape into pakistan.

than i believe that he roll on to his side with tears in his eye laughing the hell out of bush because he chose to allow bin laden live in peace in pakistan, while pursueing economic interest in iraq and rediverting the troop from finishing the job in afghanistan.

but what did you expect, pakistan is a military dictatorship with nukes, if bin laden can get his hand on it, he would had used it. but bush paid pakistan no mind because the dictator is probush, and that is all it matters.
