Pakistan is a country in actual (not peotential) possession of nuclear arms even as it spirals down idangerously close to internal collapse. Rice, says 'pretty please, be nice' to Musharaff, and that's about it for US decisivess. If you ask me, we are looking in the wrong direction for the beginning of Bush's WW3. I don't want to downplay the danger Iran presents, but relatively speaking, you'd think that the focus would be on where the threat is more imminent. I'm beginning to wonder if all the tough talk on Iran is not meant to keep attention away from areas whete the US is even more helpless and ineffective.
