No one is proposing restrictions on body armor for OUR soldiers.
No one is prosing restricitons on mssile systems to defend OUR territory.

Our territory does not encompass the globe, however, and neither does our right to act unilaterally.

The US has got to learn to live with the new realities of the day. It can’t intrude itself into every corner of the globe without acquiescence, wheter that’s a good thing or a bad thing,

The price of intrusion in Iraq is a big ‘Us Not Welcome’ sign in more places than not.
We’ve been taken doen a peg, and we might just as well get used it.

Should conditions change, we can discuss our options again.

Lets also ban body armor, gas masks and anti-biotics.

This is the classic example of Democrats just not getting it for fear they might ruffle a few feathers. Oh and Vladimir Putins objection. He has sided with the Muslim countries of the middle east as his country continues it slide toward being absorbed by Muslim immigrants.

Democatic domestic policy consists of:

1.) Put index finger in mouth
2.) Get index finger fully lubricated
3.) Hold index finger fully unobstructed above head.
4.) Fine tune senses in order to feel the barometric pressure upon the various sides of the finger.
5.) Issue press confernce.
