Weblog Awards Week Of Voting Open Until Nov. 8

Voting is now open for the 2007 Weblog Awards. Yesterday several readers emailed to ask us to post the links to the category TMV is and to let them know about finalist blogs of those who write on TMV. So we’ll put this same exact post up every day until the voting ends.

You can vote HERE. TMV is on THIS LIST.

TMV is now in the 251-500 category but will not be “campaigning,” nor urging readers to vote for it (if you visit this category and look through the blogs and think you like one better than TMV, then do vote for it) and will not be plugging or urging voters to vote for any other blogs. We will run a link to the post that contains the final results when they’re announced.

Some of those who you’ll see writing on TMV also are finalists in various categories and here are the links readers wanted on the site:

You can vote for Shaun Mullen’s Kiko’s House blog by CLICKING HERE.

You can vote for Dave Schraub’s blog The Debate Link by CLICKING HERE.

You can vote for Jeb Koogler’s blog Foreign Policy Watch by CLICKING HERE.

meh. the weblog awards are a bit of a joke. have you seen the list of “best” to choose from?? seriously?? no.

Joe, congrats on being nominated. You may not campaign, but you deserve to do great.

Jeb is doing well as well, by the way!

O, and since I am campaigning just dropping a note: you can vote for my blog for best european non-uk blog here! (Van Der Galien Gazette, strangely misspelled at the Weblog Awards website)

  3. [...] As Joe Gandelman notes, there are more moderate sites nominated: You can vote for Shaun Mullen’s Kiko’s House [...]

    You’ve got my vote~!

I respect Joe for NOT campaigning.

If the award is to go to the best campaigner rather than the best blog, then that discredits all blogging.

I notice participants can vote once a day, instead of just once. That alone discretis the whole process, as far as I’m concerned.
