Is Socks even still alive? He must be a senior citizen by now if he is. From what I remember, Socks was mostly Chelsea’s pet, who left to go to college (Chelsea not Socks,lol) Socks hated Buddy, their fights were legendary, which was the reason that Betty Currie decided to take him.

BTW, Bill went into a serious depression after Buddy was hit by that car-which kinda debunks the cold and calculating meme.

As far as those who introduced Socks into blogging topics go, this smells like desperation, scraping the bottom of the barrelt to find the next new cause for outrage.
That political strategists will now need to waste time on this is downright tragic. They (and we) will be fiddling while Rome burns.

One little note as someone who writes on this blog. First, we APPRECIATE people who take the time to comment even if they don’t like a given post.

The way the process really works is that each of us see things that we want to comment on or that are interesting. We then post them on this site and comment on them, and give our take to readers. Readers then can say if they like them, don’t and explain why the article quoted (or original reporting) is flawed or why they don’t like it. There really is no intent to slam this or that candidate but people are free to hold onto their own ideas on this. The main thing in commenting, no matter how deeply you feel about an issue, is to stick to our commenting guidelines below and comment on the issue and avoid non-family language.

This was already blogged about, why bring up this worthless sarah baxter’s article about Hillary again? Any opportunity for the bloggers on this site to bash Hillary, that’s why. She provided socks with a loving home but there are those who spin that into something sinister in order to demonize Hillary. It’s not as though she tied her pet to the roof of her car while traveling, which is what a certain other presidential candidate did. You notice we don’t hear about that incident any longer. If it was Hillary, we would never hear the end of it. BTW, I recall some on here didn’t even think that the dog on the car roof was a big deal, yet Hillary giving socks to a new owner is a horrible thing, such hypocrites.
