		<description>Since the Republicans are in the minority with no hope of regaining the majority and with demographics trends all against the Republicans, it does not matter how many of them are leaving. 

The real question is as the Democratic Party becomes the one dominate party, how will the different power blocks work with each other.  If the Democratic Party is the one dominate party will the moderate white Democrats feel that they still need to support the extreme liberalism of groups like the Congressional Black Caucus?  Or will the more moderate groups become dominate?</description>
