Terry Jeffries was the conservative commentator du jour. He defended her, said she's a good person, and that he considers her a friend. He reserved comment on the actual statement, of course! This is why conservatives are losing power, imo. Too many are worshipping at the altar of US, white Christian, exceptionalism. They no longer represent the values that this country was founded on. We are a melting pot of many cultures which has always been our greatest strength. Coulter and many conservatives have strayed from that concept, and in the process have alienated everyone else.
