To be honest, I don’t understand why Shaun has to insult people over and over while doing otherwise interesting posts. My reading of this was, “fine interesting post; fine interesting post; Iowans are all fat, lazy, people who weak ugly clothing.” I think it is a certain sense of humor that I don’t get, I guess.

There’s nothing sacred about Iowa and New Hampshire being first. Neither state, and no other, has the right to expect to go first. Proposed primary systems that let different states go sooner or later in different years are good and such reform is long overdue.
