		<description>I&#039;m still having a hard time digesting that this could have ever happened.   The US?  Never!

Sure, dark deeds have always been done, but not as a matter of a promoted and lauded policy!  That&#039;s what makes the difference - that torure has been presented to Americans and the world as an adminidtrative mechanism for &#039;protecting the American people&quot;.  

Oh, I forgot.  We don&#039;t torture.  We fixed the definition of that troubling word.  Calling it &#039;harsh&#039; makes everything so much better - NOT.</description>
