Let’s hear it for ruthless political calculations masquerading as protecting the public! I mean, you kinda had me there for awhile with the possibility this was addressing an issue, sorta, until you basically came out and admitted the purpose of it. I really hope other voters noticed. I mean, I live in CA, so my vote for president is already worthless as we know who CA is going for. But you folks in PA really need to pay attention because you actually have an impact on the presidential race.
