A feeble jab at Clinton. Her opponents are getting desparate.

  3. DLS says:

Actually, this has been an issue for several years, not some feeble swipe only recently made. As I was going to joke earlier, it’s been such an issue for so long that I’m surprised Al Franken hasn’t made it the object of a Limbaugh imitation: “She’s lyinggggggggg to ussssss, myyyyyyyy friennnnnds”

  4. Sam says:

How has this been an issue for several years? Its a perfect example of mudslinging BS. Totally baseless and all they are trying to do is get people talking about whether Hillary is gay or not. Good grief.

  5. Bones_708 says:

    Who is mudslinging? The lesbians?

  6. LL says:

Hillary should not even respond to these rumors. By denying one is gay, its like acknowledging being gay is something one must disassociate themselves from because its so horrible. Those on the right believe calling someone gay is an insult, so like a bunch of 12 year olds, they call people they dislike gay. Of course in the seventh grade this is the highest insult you can make. Many GOPers have never emotionally matured beyond 12.

  7. StockBoySF says:

LL: I think if Hillary wants to deny then she should. It’s like someone saying that my eye color is brown. But my eyes are blue, so it’s perfectly acceptable to say “No, my eyes are blue” to set the record straight.

I think if she didn’t respond then those attacking her could say, “See I told you she’s a lesbian- she doesn’t even deny it.” At which point it would spiral into something even bigger until she is forced to respond.

The real travesty is that many people in this country can not respect individuals for who they are and so use this sort of attack to somehow gain points. And there are still millions of people out there who think it’s wrong to be gay or lesbian.
