When the Clinton Adminsitration takes over, they will want the funds currently spent on the DoD for other programs. The military will face severe cuts in the near future. Thus, no rebuilding old equipment and no, new procurement programs. If the next set of DoD political appointees come from the last Clinton Administration, all they will remember if how to cut programs. There is not going to be any fix. When the Clinton Adminsitration takes over, they will want the funds currently spent on the DoD for other programs. The military will face severe cuts in the near future.
