		<description>The sad thing is that while McClatchy is stragihtforward about their reporting of casualties, some ot the commenters on their article, who want to reaarange the numbers differently. also make legitimate arguments. 

The numbers, by themselves, won&#039;t settle any arguments. The answer depends on whot question you ask and how you phrase it, and more than one question is legitimate and important.

The most contentious part is, as always, the explanation for drops and rises in casualties, and that always involves speculation.  Where there is specualtion, there is bitter argument.</description>
