hehehe, just a few hours ago my father and I were griping that with Jon on vacation we’d miss out on his Gonzo-commentary. I remember the LAST time he took a vacation the whole Libby thing exploded, causing him to say, upon return “did anything happen while we were gone?”
Ah well, I’m sure his legions of interns or umpa-lumpas or whatever tortured souls he has watching cable news 24-7 will grace us with a long montage of news shows being ridiculous in a few weeks.
I was thinking this EXACT THING last night when I discovered they were on vacation this week.
Stewart has pilloried Gonzales so badly that I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he waited for the Daily Show to go on break.
