Comment Issues – The Fight Continues

TMV readers and commenters:

We are now seeing certain cable and DSL IPs get flagged as spam thus not causing certain comments to post. The issue has been found but is going to take a bit to work through. For the time being, if you submit a comment and it doesn’t appear, please don’t submit a new one. It makes things more difficult to find the original comment and un-flag it as spam.

    Thanks T: I’ve been monitoring our spam folder, and it’s only two commenters who are caught in the net there. I released their comments back into the comments area, and they show up now. Not sure what the glitch is, it chooses different commenter ip’s each few days it seems. I’ll keep scanning the spam area to release any caught there. In the meantime, 99% of the spam folder really is SPAM that’s being caught.
