    That’s an excellent offering, Joe. Thank you. I hope that people don’t allow their opinions of Karl Rove to prevent them from taking heed of the advice he’s giving which I found not at all partisan.

    The trends that he identifies in our electoral process are clearly there and troubling. I’m not certain what the solution is.
