Looks like a lousy investment to me. Do they really think they can overcome the handicap of having witchhunter Ken Starr on their list of partners by simply writing some checks? Would be much more effective if they simply would get rid of that that jerk.

Aggregating all US business, contributions to D’s are about 20-25% higher than to R’s.
Is it simply timing at this early juncture or is it a watershed?
