« Poor Judge Bork!
The Wrong Guy »
A dozen top legal lights filed a motion to submit an amicus brief in the Scooter Libby case. The presiding judge had a bit of fun in the process of granting it.
With a judge like this, I could learn to respect our legal system again.
Excessively clever. I love it.
The judge was sending a serious message, not having a ha-ha.
I agree with Shaun. He wasn’t making a joke out of it – I think he was angry.
His message may have been serious but I doubt he’s holding his breath for any of them to start doing more ‘pro bono’ work.
Thanks for keeping the story in public view David.
